I don't leave many reviews, but Monroe Park Pharmacy is a throw-back gem. First and foremost, they really take time at the pharmacy to ensure the customer is getting appropriate insurance coverage and any discounts available from discount cards. They understand the process, which is invaluable over the chains, and they really do care. And, as an added benefit, some of the items they have in the store are as if I'm stepping back to my youth! Just today, I was picking up a prescription, and someone asked if they had Silly Puddy -- and they DID! lol Wow! Just really nice, helpful, caring people. Wanted to share!
I really don't understand how Walgreens and CVS stay in business when pharmacies like this exist. The pharmacist is right there to answer any questions you have. I asked about a specific multivitamin, and the pharmacist came out to the floor and showed me what the best option was. The pharmacist techs are amazing and knowledgeable. They fill my prescriptions in less than 5 minutes after receiving them... Once again why...does Walgreens or CVS stay in business when gems like this place exist? Do your medication fulfillment here- you won't regret it!
My family has been going to Monroe Park Pharmacy for years! Sal and his entire team are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend them over the chain stores. Prescriptions are filled quickly, no long lines, and great customer service. They also have a great selection of cards, gifts, games and medical supplies. Happy to have them in our community!
I can not say enough about this store and people who work there. Place is so clean and has a little of everything. Beautiful gifts, candles,cards, toys, some animal stuff, medical supplies, household items, medical needs, rx, they have eye drops that I can't find anywhere else, and everyday essentials like house hold cleaners,toilet paper, Also things like over the counter items for headaches, rashes, sleep aids, basically any ailment. Brand names and generic. They will help u and educate you with medicine rx, and over the counter medicine.And any medical questions. They also will call your doctor if needed. I find that in most pharmacies else where you got to call back and call back to make sure they are doing it. Not here they are on it and I love that. Never any problems. And I tried alot.The service in this store is always awesome. Friendly,knowledgeable,caring, patient, and members of store will make sure you satisfied they care and treat you that way. They will answer any questions. And they patiently listen to your needs and work with you to help you and with a sincere smile.The delivery service is above and beyond awesome. The man who delivers is sooo friendly. He even made friends with my dog.I feel like he is family. The members of staff are all the same since I've been a customer and thats for many years. I've been going for over 10-15 years.Staff never changes and that says ALOT about how they care. They are like a part of family. They work together. Not once have I ever had a problem with them. They remember you. And you feel Soo welcomed. If you try this pharmacy, you will stay a customer. Because there is no other that can compare to this place.
This is the kind of Old School pharmacy that your grandparents were accustomed to. Owned by a very pleasant and caring fellow named Sal , you'll never have to worry if your prescription is correctly filled. I strongly recommend this establishment
Switched from a franchise pharmacy & would never go back. Monroe Park provides great customer service with a small town feeling that is welcoming and personal. Lines are minimal and pharmacists are so helpful.
After reading reviews I decided to give this pharmacy a try after using the 3 letter pharmacy for years, when I tell you, hands down this is best pharmacy I've ever been to. You are a PERSON there, and not a number.
This is the best pharmacy and been using them for 35 years. They are very helpful if you have any questions and issues with your prescriptions. I would never go to any of the chain pharmacies.
